Located just west of Newton, Texas, Sawmill Town USA is unique in the Toledo Bend area. Over a dozen buildings present a true old west theme surrounded by over 28 acres that allows plenty of room for year-round camping and bike rallies.

The park can be reserved for private parties, rallies, weddings, reunions, and other events at very reasonable prices. All of the town, or single buildings, are available by the day, weekend, or whatever time period you require.

Overnight camping is available year-round.

The large old west style Iron Horse Saloon expands its horizons with a biker flavor to the decor, 2 pool tables, band stand with excellent DJ sound system with mixing board, great selection of CDs, dance floor, and lots of tables and chairs.

While the Iron Horse is generally open, it draws the best crowds when bands are scheduled on an irregular basis. Typically open at 9 AM, the saloon sells only set-ups (BYOB) and does not serve alcoholic beverages. Even when rented for wedding receptions or other special events, the saloon must close by 11:30 PM by Texas law.

	A church building is maintained on the premises (shown below). Services are held every Sunday at 3:00 PM and are open to the public.
Ample facilities on the Sawmill Town grounds can accommodate even large weddings between the chapel, for services, the saloon or Road Kill Cafe for receptions, and kitchen facilities for food preparation.
	The Road Kill Cafe can accommodate up to 60 people and has a full kitchen for food preparation. Aside from the porta-potties available around the grounds, there are indoor facilities at the Road Kill Cafe for your guests.

The side deck on the Road Kill Cafe (Right) is great for watching morning sunrises or a leisurely breakfast or coffee.
	Shady Lady’s Doll House (right & below) is great to browse through. The dolls are for display only, but you can find antiques and pottery to purchase. The shop is open daily 9 AM to 5 PM in addition to being open during rallies and other events at Sawmill Town.

		The Sheriff’s office has two cells. Additional facilities include a licensed tattoo shop, and separate buildings housing men’s and women’s shower and rest room facilities.
