Nestled on a cove just off an arm of Toledo Bend Lake, San Miguel will enchant you. This is a lovely, rolling, wooded area with paved roads throughout.
Colloquially referred to as “Sammy Gill”, San Miguel is 108 acres of rolling land, 1.5 miles of shoreline, and is beautiful! They offer tent camping, RV hookups (overnight or by the month), and fully furnished A-frame and conventional cabins. There are swimming and playground areas and lots of places for an enjoyable picnic. In addition to a paved boat launch, they also have covered boat stalls.
The tent pads have a water front view and nearby bath house. Two large pavilions are located at San Miguel Park. One is enclosed with air conditioning and heat. The open pavilion is spacious for all sorts of group gatherings and is located on the water front near the boat launch. The Park also has 2 picnic pavilions.
